Warm up before each session, even if you are in a hurry, even remove an exercise in your program. This is better than getting hurt.
And to stretch after each session, or even do sessions dedicated to stretching to remain Blackcore Edge Max flexible and not stiff. It soon came to tear a muscle during a somewhat violent stretching during exercise when one is not flexible enough.
